  1. Welcome to Dream-Theme's Support\u00a0Terms of Service. These terms\u00a0clarify (and where appropriate extend)\u00a0Envato's ThemeForest.net Item Support Policy:\u00a0https:\/\/themeforest.net\/page\/item_support_policy<\/a>. In case one contradicts or conflicts with another,\u00a0Envato's ThemeForest.net Item Support Policy will always have an upper hand.<\/li>\n \t
  2. When we say \u2018we\u2019, \u2018us\u2019 or \u2018Dream-Theme\u2019 it\u2019s because that\u2019s who we are and we own and run the\u00a0support.dream-theme.com (along with other Sites).<\/li>\n \t
  3. If we say \u2018terms\u2019 we\u2019re talking about these terms of service.\u00a0Our other Sites may have their own\u00a0terms of service and seeks consent to them separately to\u00a0these terms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nSupported, not\u00a0supported and Envato Hosted<\/strong>\n

    1. Some of our items on Envato Marketplaces comes with complimentary 6 month of support, which can be extended up to 12 month for additional fee.<\/li>\n \t
    2. We reserve the right to choose whether to provide or refuse the support for items that are \"not supported\".<\/li>\n \t
    3. Items on Envato Hosted platform are supported by Envato via\u00a0https:\/\/envatohosted.zendesk.com\/hc\/en-us<\/a>\u00a0and have their own support policy<\/a>. Please note that we cannot provide support to Envato Hosted customers in any form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nWhen you support period is expired<\/strong>\n
        \n \t
      1. We reserve the right to choose whether to provide or refuse the support\u00a0to buyers who's support period is expired.<\/li>\n \t
      2. But generally if you are not abusing it (e.g. submitted no more then\u00a03-5\u00a0tickets within last 6 months), you can count on continuous support\u00a0on our usual terms.<\/li>\n \t
      3. No matter the supports status all future updates to all our items are life-time free for their respective buyers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nWhere can you get the support<\/strong>\n

        1. We are providing support only via our online support portal: support.dream-theme.com.<\/li>\n \t
        2. Requests received via Envato Marketplaces comments and personal messages, email, Twitter, Facebook, etc. will not be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nSpeeding up resolution of your issue(s)<\/strong>\n
            \n \t
          1. Please, make sure that you\u2019ve studied the item\u00a0manual and referred to the knowledge base before submitting a support ticket.<\/li>\n \t
          2. We recommend you to provide your website URL, WordPress and FTP accesses when submitting a support ticket. This\u00a0allows us to start investigating your issue(s) right away.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nYour website security<\/strong>\n
              \n \t
            1. We cannot take any responsibility for damages caused by crucial information leaks. Therefore\u00a0we highly recommend you to change your WP-admin and FTP accounts credentials before sending them to us and to change those details again\u00a0after your issue had been resolved.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nSupport hours<\/strong>\n
                \n \t
              1. Support requests are being processed on business days from 8:00 to 17:00 (GMT 0.0) in the order they were received. Please note that most of them are handled within 24h \u2013 48h, but sometimes (in very rear and complicated cases) you will have to wait 5-7 business days for our response.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nExtent of support<\/strong>\n
                  \n \t
                1. We only cover support for our themes and bundled plugins (unique functions and features that our items offer beyond standard WordPress), and cannot provide general support on WordPress or third-party plugins.<\/li>\n \t
                2. We understand that there is a fine line between what is considered to be support and customization.\nThough we will try to help you with any type of requests (including minor customization that requires only a couple lines of code), you must understand that we cannot provide extensive help in terms of modifications.<\/li>\n \t
                3. Moreover, normal support will always have a\u00a0priority over modification\/customization requests.<\/li>\n \t
                4. Though we will help you with bundled plugins features, we are not experts in their codebase. Therefore if you've found a bug in a bundled plugin, we will forward your report\u00a0to a respective plugin author right away. But please do not expect us to fix it ourselves.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nExamples of requests we cannot help you with\u00a0(including but not limited to)<\/strong>\n
                    \n \t
                  1. WordPress general support and howto\u2019s (please, use\u00a0wordpress.org<\/a>\u00a0forums for that).<\/li>\n \t
                  2. New features implementation and extending themes functionality.<\/li>\n \t
                  3. Themes modifications and customization.<\/li>\n \t
                  4. Complex individual server-side issues.<\/li>\n \t
                  5. Third-party plugins and any other things that are not related to our products directly.<\/li>\n \t
                  6. Web-sites with \u201cadults only\u201d content; and<\/li>\n \t
                  7. web-sites with any information, which\u00a0undermines human dignity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nSupport Abuse<\/strong>\n
                      \n \t
                    1. We have always provided timely and efficient customer support. But it is clear that some people abuse this service. Put time and thought into what you would like to inquire and do not ask every question that comes to mind without trying to find the answer yourself.<\/li>\n \t
                    2. Please do not request for complex customization. You can consider hiring a freelancer instead.<\/li>\n \t
                    3. Remember, we do our best to help. So please do not offence or threaten our staff if we are not able to assist\u00a0you with your request.<\/li>\n \t
                    4. Such actions will lead to immediate and permanent ban of your account in our support portal. In some cases, we will be forced to take legal actions and expose your personal information collected during processing of support requests like (including but not limited to) name, email and IP address, Envato\u00a0username and purchase code, etc. to third-party organizations or individuals in order to protect our copyrights, intellectual property, safety, dignity, good name, and business reputation (please refer to our privacy policy<\/a> for details).\u00a0Please do not make us do this.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\nRefund requests<\/strong>\n

                      1. Refund requests should\u00a0be sent over dedicated ThemeForest.net page<\/a>\u00a0and should comply with Envato Market Refund Rules<\/a> in order to be approved.<\/li>\n \t
                      2.
